As part of its operation programme for the year 2016/2017, the Council commissioned a study to assess the empowerment of consumers of regulated communications goods and services. The study objective was to gather and analyse information related to the empowerment and satisfaction of consumers of regulated communications goods and services in five selected administrative districts
